1.Can the flat-pack container be made fully hollow without columns?

Due to the structural framework of the container, we do not recommend making the container fully hollow without columns, as this would significantly reduce the load-bearing capacity. We will provide the most suitable solution based on the client's actual requirements. If the client insists on a fully hollow design without columns, the load-bearing capacity of the top beam can be reinforced to accommodate this.
2.Is it easy for the container seams to leak water? How can it be prevented?

Leakage is rare with our flat-pack containers. If leakage occurs, we will assist the client in identifying the cause and resolving the issue. Most leakage issues are caused by incomplete sealing of the seams or aging of the sealant over time. Therefore, it is essential to apply sealant carefully to every corner and gap during installation, and the sealant should be refreshed every 3-5 years.
3.Can the container be shipped using a 20GP container?

The flat-pack container can only be shipped using a 40HQ container.
4.How many people and how much time does it take to assemble a flat-pack container?

For reference, it takes 2 people one day to assemble 3 containers, with each container requiring 8 working hours. Alternatively, we can provide case studies from previous projects to give the client a better estimate of the required labor and time.
5.Do the containers come pre-cut with openings for doors and windows, or do clients need to cut them themselves?

The container walls can be customized with pre-cut openings for doors and windows based on client needs. However, we generally do not recommend pre-cutting to avoid issues with window installation or overly large openings. It is usually better for the client to make the cuts themselves based on their specific requirements.
6.Is it difficult to reserve or modify the wiring?

It is very simple. The wiring can be routed between two wall panels.
7.Can the container be lifted again after installation?

Yes, the flat-pack container can be lifted multiple times after installation and relocated to different places.
8.What is the maximum weight the wall panels can support? Can cabinets be installed on the wall panels?

For heavy items installed on the walls, they must be mounted on the stud frame. The load-bearing capacity of the container is as follows:
Roof: ≥50KG, Walls: ≥80KG.
9.What is the maximum size of the container?

The maximum width for an export flat-pack container is 2.4m, and the maximum length is 7m.
10.Can a roof be added?

Of course! We can provide options for a single-pitched roof, a gable roof, or a four-pitched roof.
