q1. Are You A Factory Or Trading Company?
A: Certainty, we are a factory which is located in Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.

Q2. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, the delivery time is 2-15 days after recevie deposit, the big order delivery time should confirm with order management dept.

Q3. What is your terms of payments?
A: 30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.

Q4. Do you provide On-Site installation service?
A: Big projects provide installation services, installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, customer charge travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff's health and safety.

Q5. Did you have the experience to cooperate with the goverment?
A: Well, we have many experiences to cooperate with the government. We have cooperated with the Turkish Government, the Maldives Government, India Government, Indonesia Government, East Timor Government, Philippines Government, Pakistan Government and so on.

Q6. What information should we offer before you quote?
A: If you have the drawing, please give and tell us the material you use, we can offer quotation accordingly. If you don't have the drawing, please tell us the size of the house. We will design some drawings for your confirmation, and then offer quotation.

Q7. Can Help To Purchase The Appliances And Install Inside?
A: We can help purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, ocen etc. packed inside container ship together with container house.

Q8. Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
A: Easy to install, installation video and guide book send to you showing how to fast installation, Or we can send engineer or installation team to construction site.

Q9. What about the Month Capacity?
A: We supply over 160000 sets standard container house monthly.

Q10. What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10 year, Container house is 10-15 years, Steel structure is 15-20 years and Villa is 20-50 years. The warranty period for all the house is 12 months from the delivery.
